Terms of service

These terms cover use of intellreach.ai and the IntellReach platform. Clients on a master services agreement are governed by that agreement where the two differ.
Acceptable use
You may only send to contacts you have a lawful basis to contact. You must honour opt-outs, keep your do-not-contact list current, and comply with the anti-spam law of the markets you send to. We may pause sending that puts your domain, other clients or shared infrastructure at risk, and we will tell you the same day if we do.
What is yours
You own the contacts, documents, sent history and replies in your workspace. We process them only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy, and never to train models. On exit, your workspace stays exportable for the period in your agreement, then is deleted on request.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee meetings, pipeline or revenue. We commit to the process described on this site: account criteria agreed with you, generated emails with their sources shown, sending inside caps from mailboxes you own, replies classified and routed to a person you name, and a written weekly review.
Fees
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance as set out in your order. Mailbox and data costs are passed through at cost. There is no per-meeting fee.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
