Who we are

IntellReach AI operates intellreach.ai and the IntellReach platform. For data you give us on this website, IntellReach is the controller. For contact data and documents a client places in their workspace, the client is the controller and IntellReach processes it on their instructions. Questions go to hello@intellreach.ai.

What we collect on this website

If you request a strategy session, we keep what you type into the form: name, work email, company, website, role, market, how you run outbound today, and anything you add in the notes. We use it to prepare and hold the session and to write back afterwards. We do not add you to a newsletter or an outbound sequence. If the session does not go ahead, the request is deleted within ninety days.

The website uses no advertising cookies. Page views are counted without identifying visitors.

What we process in the platform

Clients upload contact records, do-not-contact lists and company documents to a workspace that is isolated per client. Emails are generated from those documents and sent from mailboxes the client owns. Replies are stored against the contact they came from. None of it is used to train models. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is exportable by the client for the term and for a period afterwards, then deleted on request.

People who receive an email sent through IntellReach

Every email carries a way to opt out. An opt-out is enforced at the point of send across every campaign in that workspace, not just the one the email came from. If you would like to know what a client holds about you, or want it removed, write to hello@intellreach.ai and we will route the request to the controller and confirm when it is done.

Who else touches the data

Hosting, database, email delivery, model inference and error monitoring are provided by third parties under contract. The named list, with regions, is shared with clients under NDA and on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. We answer within thirty days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your supervisory authority.
