Solutions

Appointment setting against criteria you wrote

Interested replies are checked against qualification criteria you set, by a person. Meetings are booked onto the right calendar with a handover brief. Nobody on our side runs the call.

In the workspace

Meetings on the calendar, in your timezone

Every booking shows on the calendar with the next one named in the header. A person on your side booked it; the platform confirms and reminds.

The problem

What changes with IntellReach

Before

Where outbound breaks

  • Reps spend most of their week prospecting rather than selling
  • Booked meetings are often the wrong person or the wrong moment
  • No-shows and unqualified calls waste the time you did free up

After

After IntellReach

  • Meetings with buyers who match your ICP and expressed interest
  • Context delivered with every booking so the call starts well
  • Reminders and confirmation handled so fewer meetings fall through

How it is delivered

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Who takes the meeting?

Your team. IntellReach never runs the sales call, and the platform never replies to an interested buyer.

How is the calendar owner chosen?

By the account ownership rules you give us: territory, segment, or a named person. Conflicts are resolved by a person, not a round-robin.

What happens on a no-show?

A person on our side follows up once, by email, within the day. If there is no reply, the contact is parked with a date. We do not chase.

Start with a strategy session

Forty-five minutes with an outbound specialist. Bring your closed-won list and last quarter’s outbound. We will tell you which accounts we would target first, what the first sequence would say, and whether we think IntellReach is a fit. If it is not, we will say so.
